Description
Seemes like the plows just stopped working the side-streets after 8th Ave in the 40's in Sunset Park. Basically, with the exception of 39th Street, no snow has been removed on streets in the 40's between 8th and 10th Aves. Gee, I guess i should just take in a Broadway show.
