East 3 Between Beverley Rd & Avenue C, did not see a plow until Thursday, December 30 & it looks like they finally did a single,useless sweep over the packed snow. If it were not for the warming weather, we would still be stuck.

Oddly, during the prior evening (Dec 29), they plowed other East 3rd blocks down to the asphalt, but skipped this block completely.
